Sheriffs weigh selling e-cigarettes to inmates

AUSTIN, TEXAS (Texas Tribune) - As a way to allow some inmates to get their nicotine fix and sheriffs to shore up tight budgets, county jails across the country have begun selling electronic cigarettes.
